Being specialized in a specific niche of design, Prontto was able to make a name for itself quickly and grow its team to 15+ people in a short time.
Prontto needed a robust creative management platform where they could do the following:
- Onboard and bill clients
- Collect client information for each architectural project
- Track projects, revisions, and ensure on-time delivery
- Manage team members and monitor team capacity
With ManyRequests, Prontto now has all their architectural operations under one roof.
Clients get onboarded, then submit project briefs with conditional rules.
Projects then get auto-assigned to relevant architects, and revisions happen in-app.
Prontto's clients have access to their invoices, files, and team members in one place as well.
Delivering high quality architectural projects on time meant that we needed to streamline everything from project intake / briefs, assigning projects to the relevant architect, monitoring revisions via design proofs. We're now able to do all of this in one software versus using many tools which makes our team much more efficient.
